For me, it's even harder because I am often getting in my own way and I let my issues hold me back. But that's not what this post is about. This post about WHY I'm trying to lose weight. What is my motivation?
My BIGGEST reason for losing weight isn't for me to be healthy. It's for my kids. I want to be around for a long, long, LONG time. I want to see my kids grow up, get married, and have kids of their own. They inspire me daily and are why I do this.
Finally, I'm doing this for me. Because I need to learn to love myself, I need to be happy with myself and, more importantly, I need to be healthier.
